Recently the lock bar on my spare Williams peep sight became broken.
I had the locking screw too tight while adjusting the horizontal Allen screws.
I sent a message on their web site and asked to purchase a replacement.
No, it will replaced under warranty.
They sent the wrong one.
I told them via email.
They sent the right one.
