Will there be a Gen 2 Leshiy?

Wondering if Ed has any plans for a newer version of the Leshiy and just how it could be improved? I like mine just the way it is and honestly can't think of how I could make it better. Okay, maybe a bigger grip but I've learned to adapt to mine and think it is fine now. Plus, there are aftermarket grips out there already.

What do you guys think, any changes you would like to see on the Leshiy and do you think there will ever be an "L2"? If by some chance there is a new version of the Leshiy, could it be so much better that you could justify ditching the one you have to buy it?

Oh yeah that's right this is Gen 2 with plastic stock, trigger guard, super gauge and updated valve seat or something? I was wondering if there will be any major changes to the overall design/look of the gun? I mean, most airguns there is always some way they could be improved or updated but what could you really do to the Leshiy? It is what it is and leave it alone?

I don't have one, and have never shot one. But if I go by what I read here and there, the trigger is a big sticking point with folk. Other than that I would say that there is always something that can be improved upon. The fact that some of us can not see it just means that we don't have THAT vision. Think about it, the washing board was a pretty solid design, but today we have washing machines.

I personally never had any issues with the trigger. I do have several other airguns with very nice triggers so I feel that though the leshiy trigger is not the best its also not that bad at all. I think that in a way it is somewhat purpose built to have little issues. Where as with my ocelot for example... the adjustment screws would move to the point where the trigger became unsafe and unreliable. I did fix the issue though. At least with the leshiy this is not an issue. Not the best trigger but not that bad. Its still a stable trigger pull. If your a serious trigger snob. Well, we probably all are to a point.

+1 After adding the screw w/plunger the trigger is just fine. Like others have said it isn't the best by far but not terrible. Well known by now so if you buy a Leshiy and expect a match grade trigger... that's your own fault. The gun wasn't designed for bench rest competition it's strength is that it can fold in half and get tossed into a backpack.
