I'm currently searching for a walnut stock for my Boss. Because of glitch in the system (which end, I don't know) I've missed out on one for a Boss , got my messages a week late. Rather look for another needle in a haystack, I would like expand my search. So the big question is - will the stock from a FX Royale series fit the FX Boss?

Will a stock from a FX Royale series fit a FX Boss?

I believe the only difference is the trigger. But I put a Boss match trigger in my Royale 400, and no alteration was needed.

I have both. As far as I know the only difference is the Boss has no power adjustment wheel & the Royale does so you'll have the factory cut notch in the stock with no corresponding power wheel on the Boss. If you'd like, when I get home today I'll see if the Royale stock works on the Boss.

Gerry52 FX put some kind of logo where the power wheel would have been, so the walnut stock for the Boss also has that cut out.
Glem.Chally, I trust your and Gerry52's information. based upon that, I've found one and am trying to swing a deal. Thank you both for helping out, my wife will also be happy. She is a lefty and the black plastic stock is severely right handed, where as the walnut is ambidextres (either hand)

PM'd you. I traded stocks out & "Da Boss" dropped right into the Royale stock, no problem. Just don't let your wife outshoot you, bad for the Male ego! Stay safe!
