FX Wildcat regulator belleville size

Anyone know the size of Belleville washers in both regulators in the FX Wildcat mk3?
I need to know the thickness of each set. Are they the both the same reg?

They were the same size on my WC bt version. So I guess they are the same

8.20mm for the whole stack.
OD 9.98 x ID 4.28 x 0.58mm for each washer.

Thanks a lot. That is the hi pressure reg. 10mm x 4.2mm x.6mm same as impact/ crown/ Dreamline etc.
I wanted to make sure I had parts when I tear it down but don't want to disturb the tune right now.
