The Wildcat MkIII BT VP .22 arrived yesterday, along with the Immersive Optics 14x50. Interesting that they were ordered on the same day and arrived in NC the same day, from FL and the UK.
Got the scope mounted today and loaded the first mag with .22 cal FX 18.1's. First two shots averaged 5 1/4" right, 4 1/2" low at 50 yards. Only took three more shots to get the first hit on the dot. Then I accidentally double-loaded and wasted two keyholes to the left. Spent the next six shots working on adjusting the bags and my crappy position. I was sitting on my right leg with the rifle to my right on bags, on the top of the backrest that wraps around my porch. I spent the last five shots in the mag on my first attempt at a group.
Still some tweaking to the scope and adjusting to the zero eye relief. The view is amazing but, it's very different. Then, whenever the compressor arrives, I'll work on seeing where I am with the FX Atomics(Hades), FX Hybrid 22g's and Javelin Gen2 21g's.
After a little trigger time, this thing should be a tack driver.
