Tuning Wildcat MK3 - low power

Hi!

I have a problem on a new Wildcat MK3

Can't get any reasonable power out of it.

This is a picture of port where cylinder is screwed on the breech block

Is it normal for this to be so small of an opening?

Thanks!

Is your FX Wildcat MKIII a FAC air rifle model or is it a restricted to 12 ft lbs of power ?

What FPS is the gun shooting at now ?

What is the regulator pressure ?

Have you checked the barrel alignment with transfer port

Have you checked the barrel O-Rings ?
(The breach O-Ring can be easily dislodged or damaged when the barrel is cleaned)

When you checked the Probe Depth measurement did you use a Vernier Caliper when the gun was fully reassembled ?
(This should be done every time you unclamp the cylinder)

Wildcat is going back to the seller

It's restricted by sellers country law but that info was not stated anywhere on the sellers website.

We don't have restrictions where I live so I've made a mistake of not doublechecking in the first place. Lesson learned!

This particular Wildcat has some other issues which are not part of this topic, all in all, it was never tested for functionality before shipping.

And this is FX Official dealer. Really disappointing.

Thank you all for pitching in and help!
