Wildcat mk3 help needed pls

So had it running perfectly on power setting 5, but figured I could lower the pressure a bit more and still achieve the same power on setting 7 or maybe even 6 ... I thought I’d do this to gain a few more shots and more efficiency too

ive replaced both gauges with huma ones

since reassembling, cylinder gauge works fine but the reg gauge isn’t showing any reading at all. Also, the reg gauge can be removed without an air leak which I found strange ad I thought this was one way of degassing the cylinder. I tried turning the reg gauge, but noting

I still went ahead and tried firing the gun. However, when fired it’s a Kinda broken noise, v quiet and sounds hammer isn’t hitting hard enough to engage the valve

anyone know why this is?

broken noise when fired

reg gauge not working
