Wildcat mk2 and NSA 26.8 .25

So my new to me Wildcat .25 seems to like to drop these out the back of the magazine. No problem with the Hybrids. Any ideas? 

Dang thing seems to like shooting them.

Mine too. They’re .249 sized if I remember correctly. The .250 slugs don’t fall out.

I have found the .250 slugs shoot much better in my Impact like .5 MOA at 100 yards in the 33.5 36, 36.2gr as well as VK 34gr.

Mine is the MK2 with the 8 shot metal magazine. 

I'm going to try seating them deeper in the magazine. The orings might not be fully engaging past the ogive.

Depending on how old the gun and mags that came with the gun, the inner o rings may be stretched out and need replacement. 


there is an AOA video on replacing these o rings but unless you are lucky and have mags with the inner center core thst can unthread out easy enough, then those inner o rings can be replaced.

me, not so lucky in trying to remove the center core. I ruined two mags trying to even get the center core to budge and decided to just get new mags. I heard a rumor that the wildcat MK1 and MK2 mags were not meant to be a serviceable item.

Ya watched that video, did look like a way to wreck magazines. 

Mabe I luck out and mine come apart ok.
