I have a Wildcat MK2 in .25. I just installed a Huma regulator, power plenum, highflow port, and pellet probe. I now only get 8 shots till below regulator at about 840 fps with JSB 34 gr pellets. Reg is set at 145. I don't know what's up. Any help appreciated. Huma said it sounds like valve lock and to try lower reg setting. Name is Ron.

Just to kick off the discussion, valve lock would result in low air consumption…the opposite of what you are describing. Sounds like air consumption is waaaaaay up, so much that I’m not sure it’s even possible. What is your starting pressure and do you trust the reading?

Your transfer port isn’t lined up properly. You’re maxing out your air useage, but due to the transfer port being so small, it’s not firing the pellet very fast. It’s very easy to screw up probe depth and transfer port alignment on a mk2 wildcat. I would start there!
