Does anyone know the size and thread of the hammerspring screw for a FX Wildcat mk1 .25 cal?

Looking for a nut to thread it into. The threads on my stock one are buggered up. I cleaned them up but don’t want to damage the threads in my gun. So looking in McMaster Carr, I can find M16x1.5. U suppose that is what it is?

Nope, it's 16x1. The above post about the Banjo bolt is pretty much the only "aftermarket" bolt I could find also.

BTB is right. I searched for months with little luck. Lot's of 16x1.5 but no 16x1. I did find a 16x1 die on Amazon but it broke open when I tried to tread a Delrin rod . That was my first attempt at a power adjuster. It might work though if you just want to clean up the threads on your stock FX plug.
