The Players:

refilled 16.9oz / 1.05 pint / 500ml water bottles
Taipan Veteran Long .25 cal

It's cool seeing the destructive POWER of these pellets in a way other than an exit would and innards hanging out of a rat. This projectile is my 'go to' for under 40 yards, FOR SURE.

Consider yourself lucky if your barrel (the combo) likes these pellets!!!

Hitting the cap first, hard and relatively thick plastic compared to the bottle itself, is cool because it makes the pellet expand quite a bit and that flat face makes a lot of pressure when it hits water. Imagine that hitting a skull or shoulder bone, similar I reckon. I DO NOT retrieve pellets from rodents so I'll never really know.

I use that method of recycling, also. Minute of bottle cap POI check.

We Pressurize them with a valve stem from a car rim, put about 70 psi and when hit they really go POP.....
