I'm not sure what comes in the kit, but I use the heavy 8 mm hammer for higher reg pressure, and a pin probe. The pin probe will get you 10-15 fps if I remember correctly.
The "enhanced" transfer ports like Huma do not provide much benefit for the effort required to install them, compared to the hammer / pin probe.
