I called in to AD and figured out what was going on. Its a little misleading on how you get the discount and free shipping. The first page that has both is before checkout but after checkout, the computer only sees the 173.87 and doesn't give you the free shipping. It's stupid and misleading. If you try to add another pellet, the computer will take off the discount and you will still be short the free shipping. If I would have added several more tins of pellets, the computer would have given me both but I'm guessing my total amount would've appeared to have been over 200.00 just to get the advertise 179.00 free shipping because at this total, the shipping is still added. If you add just a few more products, the discounted total would be over 180 and then the 15.50 would be taken off. I just saw my total went way over what I wanted to spend but if I knew how they were doing the math, I would've been ok. After all of this, I could've save more money if I would've used PA. PA has buy 4 get 1 free tin and there free shipping is only at 150. Buyer beware.
