Kral Arms Why did this take 9 years to think of?

Cut the front off the fill assembly. Used Birchwood Casey Aluminum Black to refinish. Then drilled and tapped for 1/8 BSPT. NO MORE PROBES

I’ve got a BSA Goldstar SE that could use some of that love, and a Brocock Atomic.
i frigging hate probes. One problem is they usually have a gauge where you put the QD.

Only the a few Kral have the gauge in the front so you'd have to relocate that to the valve which isn't crazy difficult and would make it so much nicer than looking down the barrel while you fill.

I have a huma in my box of CZ200 stuff to go on when I feel like making the switch. The rifle doesn’t have a guage, so no loss.

In all honest I don’t really need a guage on my rifles. The only benefit would be for noticing a leak. I have a better guage on my fill tank that’s easier to see.

Being a bit slow on returning to my ol friend the BSA Goldstar SE

@Motorhead - what do i need to order so i can remove the gage / fill probe female stuff from my Goldstars airtube and replace with a QD foster type?

I'm a bit naive when it comes to fittings and thread pitch etc...
