Why a "one shot zero" isn't ....

"Crutcherro1"Thank you for your video. It's very interesting. I was getting frustrated with the one shot zero technique. I was not getting a reliable zero. I do have a question. Do you throw out an obvious fliers from your shot group?

The program seems very user friendly. I can see the value of using app in the field when zeroing a rifle. But I wish it was compatible with an iPhone. After a little research, I found Ballistic that uses iOS and has similar functionality. Do you have any experience with this app?

To the OP.. Great videos indeed and most helpful. Thank you. As for the App which I know you are not promoting per se, I simply WON'T SUPPORT software that isn't cross platform. With the ease of compliers out there, I see that as simple arrogance and laziness on the part of the developer. It's not like IOS is some obscure platform. Have not tried "Ballistic" but it might well be worth looking into should the need arise.

My indoor breezeless range is only 11 yards long...across the 3 parking stalls of my garage.

I wouldn't be interested in refining my targeting ability anyway, but thanks for the reply, oldspook!

Targets are no fun...the 8 ring doesn't sound any different than the bull.

Give me the sound of lead hitting some kind of container, or something disintegrating!

Another nice video oldspook. Shot A is an excellent example of "Why a one shot zero isn't". How many clicks left are required to zero shot A horizontally?
