The best plan, IMO, is to rent a house in the area with about 4-5 other people. It ends up being about the same price as a hotel and you can have the privacy and comforts of home. Option in a private pool and garage and it's really quite nice!

I'd love to go but have no place to practice past 50yds safely with a .25 or .30. As for the FT Nationals being held a month later at the same location, It will be a game time decision if they will allow it.

You can always compete in 25 yard benchrest at the Extreme or indoor 10m pistol and have a great time. They wine ya, dine ya, and raffle ya TONS of amazing prizes too. It's also fun hanging out with Ted, Matt, Giles, Rossi, Stephen Archer, Joe Brancado, Jon Tueller, Team FX and Team Daystate/Brocock as well as the AOA gang too. It's truly an amazing time for us airgunners and everyone's great.
As for the PA Cup, sorry no.

I signed up months ago. My family and I rented out a house for a week two years ago. I will be going alone this year, so if someone wants to rent out a house and split the bill, let me know.

I plan on going but only as a spectator this year. I am no where near the level I need to be at to compete without embarrassing myself. I am lucky enough to have a sister in law that lives fairly close to the range so no out of pocket expense for that

dude AddAirgunner if your going your shooting,, if u choose not to shoot u will be kicking yourself later .. ,dont let the names bother you ,,,im sure your shooting is just fine, have fun ,...im nervous about it to ...,but know,,, i need to break the ice sometime ,,even if i miss the target every time i still will b good,,, its ok,,everythind tells me theese guys wont care how i score ,,,they all seem to be fine people looking for ,good comradery,,, looking to have fun. same here..so if i can rotate and move everything around maybe we can embarrass ourselves together...lol... just kidding everything will be ten times better when we shoot pat

ADD - I did the same thing for my first EBR. I'd recommend you enter a few events and just shoot for the fun of it with no expectations and no pressure. If you're late for a match and miss it... Meh, oh well.
