who uses red dots or RMR for pcp hunting ?

RMR is a trademark of Trigicon. Not a scope type..Although I see many miss listed as such. I use, Truglo, Vortec, and trying a low cost ADE at the moment on the Artemis pp700. 3.5 mil dot on it.

Three at 80 yards, .2165 NOE bullet, dot on target is 3/4" only pout there after the shots. Had to float the red dot above the target. Kentucky Windage. LOL

I got one knock off rmr it said trijicon it would not adjust up and down i sent it back , also it shifted I shot 40 shots to hit 1 2 inch spinner at like 40 yards , Today in mail I got a used aimpoint h-2 i wont w/ lrp mount and it is real deal , I sighted it in and shot out to 100 yards with taipan , it has 12 settings , personally first 3 , I can not even see , I like it best on like 8 , It weighs like under 4 ounces , this is a real game-changer from a 2 pound plus optic , I like feeling with it ,

I cant wait to test eotech 300 blackout red dot with a ballistic reticle

btw , comparing knockoff to this aimpoint is huge the knockoff was blurry and it was horrible red dot not round and if turned up you see like rings , and washes out , maybe another one that was not bad may have been better , I only ordered knockoff to see difference between a new knockoff and a real brand one

This is what I’m looking for. Did you get the red one or green one? What MOA?

I like the iron sight set up best sorta comes out on a 45, under the scope. I have used this same set up with dot sights. The one on top of the scope works but does not have a natural feel. The dot/sights under the scope works best just cant your rifle & it is spot on. I love it for early season squirrel hunting, when they sometimes pop up within a few yards.

WOW where do u find these animals , like tiny dinosaurs lol , do u eat them or pests????

I hot a ton of pests with then now also , I am deadly from 10 yards to 50 yards with mine , I just won a 3x eotech magnifier for my eotech reticle for mid range shooting , I needed a change from scopes for a while ,

what size dot is the SIG?

The green iguanas are invasive and causing terrible damage here in South Florida. In the top picture you can see a burrow in solid limestone in the upper left. There are some cultures here who eat them, and God bless them that do, but none for me thanks.

As for the red dot, I don't really know. It's a Sig Romeo 5, I guess the specs are online.

wow they pretty fierce pests then , Id love to shoot them I saw another guy online who hunts them with a pcp gun .Here we have Wood chucks that burrow holes .

thanks for sharing LOU

Chucking looks like great fun. This place is overrun with iguanas. It's ridiculous. There's a couple of us over in the forums doing some pest control on them. I wish that they weren't mostly going to waste, but I just can't always get in touch with one of my contacts from the islands, whose culture eats them on the regular. Frankly, they disgust me. Don't get me wrong, if sh*t got real...lol. I can't imagine woodchucks being any better eating.
