Air Venturi Airbolts are the only commercial offering I know of that will work in non specialized guns. They are only available in .357 and .50 caliber though. They were supposed to come out in .25 when announced but the .25 has never appeared on the market to date.
FX does have an arrow barrel for the Crown available as well.

ok I was hoping somebody made them for different pcp guns ,I I saw the crown this looks Like a small straight pipe and the arrow fits over it like a sleeve ,
I wonder with FX if you but the Brass end part and use a tube like a brake line for a car and attach it , has anyone tried this ? .

Steel line maybe or heavy brass tube, something that wount expand and or split and can handle pressure.

I was going to try and find a used a barrel for my Texan and cut it down to 24 inches, I have a lot of arrows from my recurve and compound bows days that I think would work, all my crossbow arrows are 19 and 20 inches in length which would be to short.
Even though you still see the word Bolt used its very very very old school.
Airguns and Modern day Crossbows shoot Arrows. Arrows consists of a Point,shaft,fletching and nock.
Bolts were used in mid evil times and consisted of a shaft and point and were short, no fletching used.

Looks great, what did you find to be a good OD for the pipe/tube? Did you actually use brake line?

That one is an aluminum arrow that slides inside the carbon bolt. Working on some new kits. Found really large diameter target arrows. Easton Superdrive 27. They are 27/64" O.D. And will let me use a larger diameter/stiffer tube for some high power builds.

Use eastion aluminum shafts, order your tube ( barrel ) from mcmastercarr. 20wt silicone oil help with a seal.
Perhaps take a small section of barrel and drill it to accept your tubing, or make a bushing out of ????
Start with say a 22xx crosman, fun very low dollar project.

I'd be interested to know what fps are possible with one of these setups and how accurate. The Ravin crossbow shoots at 430 fps and is very accurate. But even at that speed, if you shoot at a deer over 50 yards you have the possibility of said deer jumping the string. If an airgun/arrow can get above that, the effective safe hunting distance could be increased.

I’ve always kept my shots under 30 yards with my bows and crossbows even though they are capable of longer shots but unfortunately Mn doesn’t recognize airbows as a legal hunting tool, I would like to add a airbow shooting 350-400fps to my Archery collection just for a fun shooter and conversation piece, show enough people it and you never know, it would be nice if they allowed it for disabled Hunters in Mn. If they made it legal I might even think about selling 3 of my crossbows to add 1 airbow, I could live with one airbow and only three crossbows heeheehee. Put it right next to the Stealh and Excalibur.
