It is the real deal no serial no...I've had it over 10 years and it shoots good...imported in 1990...I shot it yesterday for first time in 5 years.. loud too.
(I changed the probe fill to a foster) Also have original rear peep sight.
I'll post some groups later...going golfing this AM..

I have an RS that is currently disassembled so that I can make a poppet & TP seal.
Hoping to get to that this winter
It's amazing how powerful & lightweight these rifles are.
About LOUD....... mine has a 10M thread cut on the end of the barrel for an LDC
A forum buddy of mine has an HM2 (also DUK IL, not Evanex) and is experiencing accuracy issues

I have been shooting JSB 15.9 GR and they have been working well. .I think I have some Korean pellets tucked away ....ebay is getting expensive...
What does his rifle chrono ??? There is a trick to slow it down a bit using a facet washer where hammer strikes valve stem...

Mine stock was 1140 FPS about 70 FT lbs...so I tamed it and its shooting around 800 FPS now...(going to check it again). I sent it to Will Piatt some years ago and he re-sealed the rifle and really smoothed the trigger.

They shoot the DaeSung - EunJin - AV Seneca domes excellent.
Piece of cut rubber slipper works as a hammer stop to lower the power.
Crosman 14.3gr Pointed pellets in the 175 count tins are also worth trying once the rubber slipper hammer buffer is in place.

Is the purpose of de-powering the Duk IL to lower the shot velocity to an FPS at which the ammo flies accurately?
If so, is shooting heavier ammo, such as NSA 31.2 grain slugs (or heavier) an alternative that would provide power & accuracy?

Forgot to mention that the DUK now shoots 15.9 Gr 773 FPS on the chronograph.And yes you can vary power levels to gain accuracy if needed.
