Which tune for shot count?

This is for a BRK pathfinder with transfer port adjustment. Which will give me more shot count: 100 bar and max power (fully open transfer port) or say 135bar with the power wheel dialed back (partial transfer port)?
Give it a try and report back. Seems like you would pick up shots by simply lowering reg set point. If you lowered the reg set point and lowered the HS setting you would get you increased shot count across all three TP settings.

If the hammer spring tension is adjusted properly, meaning for about 95-97% of max velocity, the lower setpoint will produce the better shot count.

Transfer ports don’t usually increase shot count. You’re still expelling same amount of air from the valve, it’s just going through a smaller orifice so the projectile goes slower, but there’s a lot of waste air expelled after the pellet has left the barrel. If you’re looking for higher shot count, correct reg pressure and hammer spring for your speed is the most efficient way to increase shot count. They do a pretty good job tuning them at the factory for that speed, so you’ll be losing speed to gain shot count.

Rather than asking others, why not "learn" for yourself ??
It's a pretty simple adjustment you are asking about, you don't need special tools, just a little curiosity, and an interest in...learning for yourself ! Shouldn't take but 30 or 40 minutes, even going slow. And yeah, If you don't have a chronograph, as I learned, you should get one. And counting shots with the aid of paper and a writing utensil, you should be able to find the answer to your question, pretty easily.

In my opinion it’s more important to find harmony between hammer strike and reg pressure. If you want more shot count with a tight extreme spread, shoot for lower speed, lower reg and lower hammer tension. I know a lot of people run high reg pressures with lower HS for a quick valve opening but when I run that way on any of my guns the extreme spread opens up to 20-30 fps and I don’t like that.
