Which scope

By bad eyes, do you mean cataracts? I had minor cataracts, biggest problem was glare, and reading smaller print on TV across the room, so had both eyes fixed. I could still shoot iron sights ok, but now can do it without glasses., just need reading glasses for up close work. I would wait until you get your eyes "upgraded" I have been using some Hawke Airmax scopes on my springers, as well as a couple of the Hawke Sidewinder, I like the Sidewinder reticule better, not so fine as the Airmax. but it is a more expensive scope.

No it’s been before Covid-19 that I got glasses. I’m due.
I thought there might be a smaller scope for pistols. Crow
I have 2 Hawkes both with thousands of Springer rings and have had no issues. They hold point of aim and are repeatable.
Thanks, I have Air Max as well, I’ll borrow one from somewhere. Crow
