Which gun?

Yeah, I got another real close friend that is probably a multi millionaire and he would do anything for me but he does keep score he's not really tight but he does like to let me know everything he does with his money and what everything costs. I guess nobody is perfect and the good in him does out weigh the bad. He taught me most everything I know about deer hunting and shares all his spots with me.

One point not made. JEALOUSY. We’re all guilty at times.

As to the Benjamin 392. I had one recently with the thoughts of being able to shoot pest birds inside buildings. I was extremely disappointed. Terrible trigger, poor accuracy and pumping gets old. Maybe someone else could have figured out the accuracy issues.

At some point it’s not worth my time. I bought an HW 30 and yes it’s three times the money but ten times the gun

There is a minimum amount required sometimes. Hamburgers don’t cost .25 and decent air guns don’t cost $100.

My first air rifle was purchased about 3 years ago with the only intended use being pest control at my bird feeders. That rifle was a Crosman F4 purchased at Walmart in NH for under $90. I mention NH because it's a tax free state. That rifle,.177 gas piston, with a small scope has virtually eliminated the squirrel problem I had. Some times to the tune of 7 per day!

Don't let anyone tell you that it can't be done for $100 or less, because I'm here to tell you that it can and has been done.

These to fix the trigger up bit

Get some blue thread locker

All that is about $180. If you have prime free shipping, and your friend didn't have to spend gas money, it can be delivered to his door step. That maybe the cheapest new gun route. Your buddy can take squirrels at 30-40 yards with that
