Airguns USA - Martin’s at the top of my list and probably tied for first is also AoA. Have purchased several Daystates from AoA and a couple of RAWs from Martin. Both Dealers personify what ‘customer service’ should be in our hobby.

Even tho I do live in Italy I have a suggestion: have the choice of your gun, as more as expensive it is, because of the producer support.
The dealer servicing and support even good depends by the producer capabilities to supply parts and offering technical support.
My more expensive airgun is a Pardini GPR and I go directly to them for any problem, simply heaven.
I have a RTI Priest2 and RTI direct support is marvelous.
The other guns I have are Weichrauch 30S, 50S and 977 but for those there are so many sources, as distributors, dealers and tuning parts avalaible that there is alwais an alternative.

Anthony at Talontunes is great, the pelletshop is number 2 for me.

But, the absolute best I've ever dealt with is Dean at Huma-Air

My 2-cents,

There are a number ( albeit maybe small ) of really good service dealers but the top 2 in my book are AOA and DonnyFL. My experience with both companies have been PERFECT.

AOA. Patient and knowledgeable on the phone. Questionable warranty issue (I took gun apart and could not get it back together again) on gun bought 6 years ago handled quickly, no questions and at no cost to me.

AoA would be my recommendation as well. Their prices are high, but the support is very very good.

Pyramyd air used to be phenomenal, unfortunately a lot of people took advantage of their good will and they had to tweek the overall policy.

Hard to beat Kelly at KrazCool airguns, simply phenomenal.

Yes, Tim after two call backs, three trips total for the old Sheridan, wound up speaking foul language while on speaker phone..

You know my wife is involved in every purchase I make, and I don't have the, "hide it from my wife" issue. She agrees with every airgun purchase, but she's getting burnt out on airguns that don't fill the bill.
