Where to get shipping boxes for airrifles?

Cant find anything anywhere. Ive shipped many guns but always had boxes on hand. Now I find myself without any and cant find them anywhere. Any body have any suggestion? Even if i have to order some I would but what size it a good average easy to find size? Thanks

Uline has basically any box you can think of... Like 1500 sizes

Any sign shop or print shop should have long skinny boxes as their media comes in rolls.

I usually cut them down to the right size and always separate the action from the stock to make it as short as possible

I try to keep all the airgun boxes I receive, but I have also cannibalized boxes to create "corrugated wrapping paper" before too!

Someone mentioned some time ago that golf club boxes work well. Ask at your local sporting goods store, they probably just thro them away.

IMO

When shipping an air rifle consider listing it as golf clubs on the shipping tiket

This can help minimize the interest of the 5 fingered interlopers that rifle( pun intended) through packages

The golf club hard case is a good idea that has been used in many hunting/travel situations for years. A double golf club bag works well for sending archery and other hunting gear on airlines. This is because the airline "handler's" don't seem to throw those items around as violently as they do gun-shaped cases.

Go to your nearest Sam's Club. They will give you the super large boxes that their large bulk items come in for free. They usually have hundreds of them that are already broken down.

Pick a size of 36 inches long by 6 wide by 4 high and separate the barrelled action



Or a 50 inch by 8 inch by 5 inch and ship the whole rifle
