Where to get impact brass transfer port?

Ok, try opening up the brass transfer port on my 25 Cal impact to get more air through. Went from 830-840ish to 855-865ish. A bit more speed but not that big. But now the port is bigger, when I load a pellet slowly, the tip falls in the hole and jam. Have to use a rod to push it back out. Only way to not get jam is to load it fast, or turn gun on it's side so the pellet tip dont drop in the hole. Kinda annoying. So trying to look for a replacement part. I just need to brass transfer port part, not the whole barrel. Where can I order one and how much? Link it up. Thanks 

Note to others. Don't open the transfer port too big, the pellet tip will fall in and jam.

Strange.i have a 30 cal barrel the brass end was drilled out on both sides all the way through by ernst rowe. The prob was done to match all the way through.crazy. works smoothly never jambs and they put a mean big hole.But it is smooth smooth smooth no rough edges.

When going beyond 75-80% of bore porting you want to start to oblong the port so that its longer than it is wider. That prevents pellets from having issues loading, or having to tilt a rifle sideways to load. (Width+Length)/2 = port equivalent. For a .25 cal I keep the Width @ .2" tops, but its safer to keep it down to .1875" in width. HTH

Yeah I should of went longer. Not wider. But I wanted a circle look and not an oval look. It's too wide now so when loading, as the pellet gets to the transfer hole it tilts down and catch the port and jam. I tested 4-5 times, always jam if I don't quickly push the prob back to load or tilt sideway. Which is annoying. Hope fx sell it separately. $30 not bad vs 400 for new barrel kit.

Might be easier for you but its not how they work yet, call them or email [email protected]. Might take a few days for them to respond.
