I would suggest trying out casting. It's not as hard as some posts make it sound. Very very easy to cast a decent slugs quickly.

Molds are even harder to get and when NOE has them in stock they sell out in a day or two.

i've gone thru >15lbs of pellets this year so far. about 15k rounds.

True about NOE... i keep checking and checking for their .257 and some of their .250 molds but that is getting boring.

For those looking: Arsenal built my last mold to-order in just a few weeks, but their offerings seem geared towards high powered airguns shooting bullet-shaped projectiles. MP molds also has had decent stock of .25 and (i think) .22 molds as of the last time i checked a month ago or so. No idea where to get a diablo mold though. It is hard to be patient... i wouldnt mind a few tins of those heavier .25 jsb pellets!

this has been talked about alot but one more two cents worth wont hurt i also live in rural area walmat and runniings are 45 min one way anyways if your gun is not to fussy and you dont want to order online every time i go i bring extra 20 dol those two stores almost always have something in 22 and 177 may not be what you are looking for but good enough to keep me shooting i really dislike pointed pellets sometimes all they got even crossman piranhas even though they are horrible wqill do in a pinch i had to chuckle when someone else said all they are good for is shooting piranhas also try small hole in the wall regular gun shops i have found some wicked deals on pellets in out of the way places like a 500 ct tin of jsb jumbo heavy diabolo 22 cal for 8 dol who cares if the tin was covered in dust also try antique shops have found pellets there too
