where can I get bigger tube for impact to hold more regulated air ???

I dont know if the new valve tubes will be backwards compatible or not. I do know guy have custom tubes built that screw into the regulator gauge hole, Ernest Rowe would be the one to call for that.

Fx said it will be compatible with all impact x. But for old impact before the x, not sure. Have to call fx USA and ask them. But if you have the standard impact x, you will be able to upgrade.

I read somewhere you will be able to buy the new tube and other bits as an upgrade kit. I’m not sure exactly what you’ll get but valveing may be different also.

Matt showed this picture when talking about the Mk11 so maybe all these parts are new. That just a guess.

Edosan, per FX, the MkII upgrade parts kits won't be available for a few months at least, as they are doing extensive testing to get everything done right. They are going to be bought as a high-power upgrade kit from what I understand for the Impact owners, but that may also include having to send your gun in to have it installed and make sure it is performing correctly.

I know, That make sense if you do not want to loose your warranty, if you do not care about warranty then they should sell it, is like not selling spare parts to end customers. As soon as the Mk2 arrives, they should be selling any spare part for those and that includes the larger valve tube. As for right know, the only option is to build one.

We have laws in the US to prevent that type of warranty issue. The warranty could only be denied on the specific part you change if it caused a failure along with any other part this caused damage to. The warranty as a whole can not be voided by working on the product yourself or by installing aftermarket parts. Companies will try to bluff you on this but you can file a complaint with the FTC. You can read about a small portion of it in the following link but the law is much broader than this https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2018/04/ftc-staff-warns-companies-it-illegal-condition-warranty-coverage

I bet the kit will not be avalible to anyone until the new mk2 is sold and has many sales , FX wants to sell guns not parts , if they sold power kits , why would anyone buy the mk2???????????????????????

I was more asking you guys if any of you made them , I believe fx will not sell kit they will be using this in new mk2 just my opinion , has anyone tried to make a btube with more volume ? ok i got a stupid question

the black tube is all that needs to be enlarged so why cant both ends be size to fit orings and tube fatter in middle .????? I mean it is the tube with orings which holds the air correct ?

You are probably right!

I was waiting for one (local made) to try, and after 3 or 4 weeks later they told me that their lathe did not work anymore! grrr... it should be easy to do I agree...if you find someone let me know! I am still looking for one too.

Idea: HUMA AIR XL VALVE TUBE!! :D

no edson they dont want to upgrade your gun they want to sell u new gun and u to get rid or keep other and when market is saturated I believe they will release it , I think a reputable place like HUMA will release this for all of us they already make regulators to upgrade pretty much every airgun including impact , and they do make bigger plenums for most guns where their is a need to modify , I believe they have already been working on this , as FX has been releasing mods for the impact and incorporating them with parts we all use like bigger magizine , regulator not bigger valve which was all made and used prior to them announcing it , they just adapt to the upgrades some of us use ,

Face it like the bigger mag and the bigger valve it was used by many now they either copied it or maybe bought patent IDK . and they upgraded their regulator , after huma came out with theirs , Hey they save on RD to do this , but I do not think they will sell us parts which can make an older gun bleeding edge . I jwanted to know who actually sold the bigger tube .

I think what they may have done with the new plenum is increase the diameter of the valve housing at that end to fit the new bigger tube. So that’s why there showing those parts together. That would be the easiest way for them to manufacture the parts.

Much easier than trying to make the new tube step down in diameter to fit the standard valve housing. That would be very difficult to make.

The valve housing will be the same with a larger seat and poppet. The tube will step up inside since this is a simple lathe operation with a boring bar.
