where can i find the sticky from AEAC for the maverick ?

just watched his maverick tuning guide video from his vlog on utube, from early last year.
he said the tuning steps are on a sticky in the pcp airgun thread here.....
but there gone now.....anyone know where i can get this info so i can print
the steps out like he said ?
