Where can I buy a plastic boot (to stand tank upright) and mesh covering for my 18 cu Omega guppy air tank. I already tried Airtanksforsale.com and they are out of them. Here is a pic for reference (don’t need the carry strap or legs).

why not get a bucket and pit epoxy or the likeness(clay, instafoam, etc) line your bottle with a non stick(oil or plastic of sorts?) Then shove the bottle in it, let it cure, pull out bottle then shape the rest to your liking??

I 3D printed one for my tank and has worked really well for the last couple years or more. I never sold one because there is too much risk they wouldn’t fit someone else’s tank. I have a 24” dial caliper that I can use to measure diameters of bottles. It’s just a little friction fit and I make sure it is secure with little bit of hot glue.
