Epic Where are the reviews on Epic Two?

Congrats on your new purchase! Can't wait to hear more about this rifle from a fellow forum member and not a paid reviewer.
I don't know if there are many paid reviewers for Epic airguns.
On the other hand, I wish I was one, it would have saved me a lot of money😅

For a new airgun company, I think they are doing a good job.
The current focus doesn't seem to be at making a lot of profit at a cost of quality unlike some other brands.
They still need to earn their reputation.

Bought the Epic 2 in .25 cal 1 week ago and just had a couple of days out.
Choosed the tube version with Cz Barrel, but also bought the bottle conversion which should be here in 2/3 weeks and waiting for the Lw barrel to come tomorrow morning. Its an heavy and long set up, comes in handy with prone or stick shooting, not really a gun you can shoot off hand.
The gun is showing great power potential, I shot the Zan 41 gr with the reg at 150 at 1025 fps easy, needles to say they do not get stabilized by the cz barrel
The Cz Barrel shots very well as aspected but anything higher than 35/36 gr won't get proper stabilized: for example the Zan 37 gr is just beyond this weight limit and shows good groups but tons of big flyers, on the other hand the Zan 35 gr at 1030 fps are great and you can see from the pic the wider 5 shots group at 50 m is with the barrel clean, the tightest 5 shots group is the other 5 shots of 35 gr at 1030 fps
I shot few groups at 100 m due to high winds this week, the 35 gr were showing only horizontal dispersion and I got 2/3 cm groups in the wind.
It has a 9 fps slower first shot, so I did not check at what distance the Poi will be affected but I know Epic is already aware of the problem and trying to fix it. The problem can be fixed giving a click or two depending on the distance.

Looking forward to receive the Lw barrel tomorrow and starting some test with heavier Slugs like 41/46 gr. I'm really pleased at the moment.

Hi guys, these are some groups at distances between 200 and 260 meters. I also uploaded some videos to the tube. For the moment I am very satisfied, I have tested both 700 barrels... The CZ is perfect for pellets and slugs up to 30 grains. With the LW the rifle becomes a monster: I can fire 40 grains over 300 m/s and group sub MOA at 250-300 meters!

My epic two arrived today via the big brown truck. First impressions is it’s a very robust rifle and I absolutely love the adjustable stock as an included part with the purchase. A good cheek weld is very easy to obtain and the trigger feels nice as well. Hoping to find some time to get down to my shop to throw some pellets from twenty yards away to try it out soon. We purchased an acreage but aren’t moving till the end of the month, once moved in I’ll be able to set up my 100 yard range and really give it a go! I’ve heard people mention the weight but I didn’t really find it to be noticeably heavier compared to my Panthera 600mm that I sold. This will be a bench gun though so possibly a bigger difference to someone who is walking the woods with it.

You are guilty of me wanting to buy another rifle !!

Yesterday I tried my E2 at the 50m indoor range with the 145mm plenum.
I can confirm that the 145mm plenum doesn't do anything extra for maximum power, I got the same values with the 70mm plenum.
This is also what the Epic team told me while I was at IWA.
However, I saw that with lighter slugs (JSB KO mk1) I needed far less regulator pressure to reach the same speed compared to the 70mm plenum tube.
To get 300m/s with KO's I needed about 150bar with the 70mm plenum tube, with the 145mm tube it is about 135 bar.
It performed very well at maximum power in combination with the 44gn NSA flat base slugs (unfortunately not available anymore.)
B.t.w, that flyer was me, not the gun🫣
On all speeds I tried, the E2 was very consistent. Still very happy with it

And with a bit less speed:

I forgot: I also had a problem with the regulator, solved by replacing the entire piece... I have to check if the new one has a different size O-ring!
With a new product there can be some surprises but with these results I can forgive them!

I've seen your videos Daniele, impressive shooting for sure👌

Regarding the new O-ring size, the updated regulator seat with larger O-ring will be installed in the batch from this summer according Epic.
The smaller O-ring will work fine as well, but I always apply a dab of thick silicone oil on the O-rings, this often helps with sealing.

Man you guys out there shooting 100 to 300 yards is nuts. I just want to keep my shots at sparrow size targets at 50 yards, To me that's pellet touching pellet at that range I expect it and demand it in my guns, My CZ barrels always seem to be a **** hair better than my LW barrels , But then again I am a pellet shooter , I have tried some slugs but felt like I was chasing my tail , I HAVE PELLET GUNS,, I may have to wait for the compact Epics to come out as the biggest gun I have is my Uragan Standerd and it feels huge compared to my bullPup compacts...
