Yes it will be in the next video, which I'm going to start on in a few minutes. I hope to have it done by the evening.

Let me expand on the title of this thread. As someone who does A LOT of scope cam, this shot was extremely satisfying not just because I made the shot, but mostly due to the lighting and focus. Lots of shots are nice, but when the target is lit so it's colors come through and the focus is clear, that's when the struggle is worth it. Add to this shot the light rain falling and getting lit by the sun, that's when I knew if I made a good shot, everything will have gone my way!!!

:)

Jim,

It's a Motorola Z2 Force........it has a nice camera. It does 1080p at 120fps. It'll do 240fps but only at 720p. I use an App called Open Camera, which allows for locking the focus on the reticle......the built-in camera on this phone doesn't have a focus lock feature. The App is really nice as it's free and there are no ads. I donated some funds to the author being the App is so nice and I've used it so much.

There are a couple of new phones that do 240fps and higher at 1080p I think. I just don't know how picky they are with recording. I'm trying to hold out for the new Side-Shot mount that accommodates a GoPro. This will make for a tidier setup instead of having the big phone on the scope. Also it will allow for use of the ballistics calculator I used on my phone without having to exit the App to use it and then go back into App to record. That's a pain.

I have an old stand alone phone that I try to remember to bring with me with the calculator on it but I usually forget.
