What's with all the .25 cal guns for sale?

I have a couple of PCP's in .22cal so moving up to .25cal is kind of a no brainer.Or at least it lets me trick myself into rationalizing the purchase.

just get a Air Arms FX or Daystate Redwolf and tune as you please

I have spoken with some retailers and they tell me they sell more .25 cal guns than any other. Now if this is true it might stand to reason that since there’s more out there, you’d see a higher percentage being sold
