I know a lot of people here have great things to say about HPP, so I made a purchase through them a couple weeks ago. There was a mistake on my order so I reached out to them via phone and left a voicemail at the shop number. Never heard anything back from them….. I waited seven days and then sent them an email with my issue. Still haven’t heard anything back. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they’re not impressing me thu far. I hate to leave a company a bad review, but at this point I am considering it. Is this just a fluke or has anybody else had a similar experience?

I remember a few weeks ago they had a family emergency. Maybe they are still dealing with it. They have always been outstanding and get back to me within a few hours

i ordered from them on july 11th. here we are and still no package. i emailed but nothing in response. the tracking info given was delayed then updated with a message saying the package was handed to another delivery service and now no updates. i’m giving them a benefit of a doubt because i’ve ordered from them before and the item arrived about 4 days later.

His brother in law was severely injured in a motorcycle accident and is/was/ in the hospital in Ann Arbor Michigan, several hours away. In his YouTube vids he has stated they have been going back and forth but people have been manning the shop. They are def top notch business people and straight shooters. Its customers calls on this one. Bad service is bad service.

I was able to talk to Tom this morning on the phone, thanks to everybody for helping me with this. He took care of my issue immediately and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. He has some family stuff going on right, send some prayers his way.

i can’t remember who, but i spoke with someone and he told me that he was going to notify the owner of my package not being updated but i haven’t heard back from them.. hmm
