What's the Most Accurate Slug or Pellet in Huben K1

Hey guys, The dude's who sent me the Priest 2 to film a review a few months back are sending me the new Gen K1 (not sure what it's called, Huben 2 maybe?)

I would like to have the right ammo ready when it arrives.

Are there some pellets or slugs that are known to be very accurate out of the Huben? Please include brand an weight. -Nate

Huben brand slugs and 34gr JSB Beasts but mine is a gen1. I'm thinking of getting a gen2 soon. Buy plenty of ammo. You could easily go thru more than 5000 rounds in a whole day of shooting it. YO!

If you would, please test how low in power this newest Gen Huben still works reliably at.

I want to plink at low power here at my property with pellets and occasionally dial the power up for slugs, but if the low power won't work then I might as well look elsewhere.

What steve123 requested , that's the K1 appeal for me. 6ftlb* (GTOs) to 80ftlb* (30+g slugs) (*or thereabouts)

Gregor, suggested Jsb 25g and Huben slugs, however that was back a while, pellets and slugs have evolved, Hades (maybe a bit light) and Hybrids, H&N slugs ect.

Please make this a Loooong review, I can't get enough K1.

ps probably .22, the latest .25 will not be available this side of summer.

Hey, It looks like I will be getting the .22. I didn't even know about that low power stuff ...so thanks for the tip on that! Will do.

They told me today they are shooting 18gr, redesigns, and VK 28.5 grain. Anyone know what VK stand for? -Nate 

P.S. I just signed up for the Delta Wolf in .22. I even have most the $ saved, so "this is happening!" It's just $2999! (not $3500). June/July arrival.

To answer your question " What does VK stand for " some people call them VK's 

it's short for Varmint Knockers you can do a search here on the AGN and find

lots of info on Varmint Knockers. Here is a picture I copied of the 28.5 grain

Several of us use the 25 gr JSB at 900 to 940 fps. I also have mine shooting the 18 gr jsb at about 925 fps by turning the power wheel down two clicks. For a while I had it tuned with Crosman 14.3 at 925 also but it seems like the accuracy went away after a while. I like my Huben so much that I'm buying another one so I can set them up for different ammo and not be changing back and forth.

I tried the 34 gr jsb but never found the accuracy I wanted. Also just got in some 28.5 gr VK .223 slugs but haven't had time to shoot them yet. BTW mine is a Dec 2018 gun.
