Well I just got off the phone with airgun Depot I asked why my. AIR VENTURE compressor never shipped yesterday the nice lady on the other end of the phone. Said extensive testing was what's going on with these figured they already did all that testing wonder if they found an issue she wouldn't elaborate on the problem or if it was a problem but I was told my compressor would ship yesterday and now they have to go ahead and test them I wonder if they're overheating or if they found something it'd be nice to know so we can watch out for it if anybody gets any information please post
 
Welcome to the "bleeding edge" of new product offerings! ;) Microsoft taught the world that you could release buggy product and fix it later if you add enough hype to the product before release. This has been the sales model since that time by many "hardware" firms :( (not saying Pyramyd is guilty of marketing in this style concerning this or any other product)!

Don't stress hynzie. These things are made in china. Put in a box and on a ship and it probably takes weeks. After arriving in the USA the product is put on a truck and delivered. Maybe even a plane somewhere. After being unloaded at the store they have to inspect over a hundred at a time. And that is just the compressors. And then they fill the orders in the order they were placed. Im sure it is simply just not having enough qualified people to clean up the compressor and make sure all is ok to re ship it out to you. Don't over think it. I waited well over three months for mine and it was delayed twice due to customs and quality control. It sucks waiting but be happy they are checking and making sure you get a working machine. Last thing you want is to open your box and something being broken or missing. It is worth the extra day or two. But it still stinks to expect something and not get it.

What worries me is this is one of the ccompressor that came in in the last shipment two weeks ago today I was told by Doug over there then he wouldn't have them in until now the 12th so 2 weeks ago I took the money I had for the compressor and bought an airgun impact that same night they got a shipment in and of them needless to say my credit card bounced. Fearing that would sell out I asked Sarah over there if she would put one aside for me for two weeks so I could get enough ot to pay for it this compresses been sitting there since the last batch surely they must have tested all the compresses so anyways I think you guys are right I'm just overreacting it does suck to get something in the mail and then find it broken I'm just curious worth all what's all this extensive testing is about

Like almost everything else we buy,we want it now because we can't wait,we get all excited and for some anxiety sets in because again we're excited and then when we get the item we look it over,check everything out try it use it and then........it's over we move on to the next thing and repeat the same old thing and meanwhile the other item might not get used for awhile or it's just there waiting for its next use.
I think we all have been there and it's not going to change......

I had pre ordered one, the expected "in stock" date was pushed back 4 times before they delivered it. Customer service let me down a bit when I called. Twice I was told by their represenative that They checked, and that they would in fact be there on that date. The second time, the guy promised me. Haha. Anyway. Mine came. Just not thrilled with their level of Customer service. I mean it's ok to say "I don't know, and I won't want to lie to you".

Who "makes" it? Xisico makes the booster, no idea on the compressor tho. 
IF xisico ( and no special contract, which will with them expire as in the past I would think ) you might see what a "case" cost's.
If you wanted to be a xisico dealer yyou just need ( was this way) to buy a "case" of anything. The Sentry pre-charged comes in a case of three and is right inexpensive.
Used to be the Bam50/51 that sold for just over $400.00 was 6 to a "case" and $265.00 @ .
