What's a great group, 32 yards open sights R1 .22?

Just moved my targets around. I have 125 yards on my property, more if it weren't for trees in the way I'm not cutting down (Black Walnut) so from a covered porch shooting North off of porch railing, open modified sights, I was surprised this morning.

I made a huge mistake. I made a big 2" diameter circle and a Quarter (coin) sized one. JSB 18.1's all hit dead on or High. FTT slightly low (1") but within 1" 4 shots. The 21.1 5.51 Cuda Match, way off high & low but just too heavy. The FTT 5.54 did tightest and unknown JSB 18.1 hit dead center but 1" higher than POA 

So what, when a good match for barrel & power is found do we call a good group at 32 yards steadied on a rail with a .22 R1?

I would say nickle and quarter sized at 30 yards most groups. Doable for me at 30 yards. Mine is .177 though. I am not the best shot and I shoot mine with just a front bag from a seating position.
