What would you like to see next year!

A smaller lighter quieter RAW

Yeah I'd like to see a RAW brought about 15 years forward in technology and for about 15% less $$$. Someone ought show FX up and RAW is one of the few companies sufficiently high end who still engineers and builds their guns in house so could really pull it off. Some balance valving witchcraft (less hammer force and more of a square wave form), a big beefy block with a bore for a thick barrel with plenty of space for other barrel tech ;), externally adjustable reg and hammer, a generous plenum, and a bit lighter chassis/stock. All that together would make for a pretty compelling package, and they at least appear to have everything at hand they need to do it aside from the inclination perhaps?

I'd like to see my wife say," honey why don't you get what ever gun you want. You've worked really hard and you deserve another BB gun and oh money's no object either".

You asked......

Jking

You mean YOUR wife doesn't ? I told my wife I just bought her a RAW TM1000 in .177 with a Leupold 45x scope mounted on it, for Christmas, that should be in my cold hands in a few days, but I would shoot it until she decide to start shooting. SHE replied that she also bought me a new convection gas oven for Christmas, and she was going to cook with it until I decided to start cooking. Cant argue with that logic...I love her to death.

I hope second focal plane scopes DON'T go away. I am just not into FFP scopes.

Would also like to see all scope reticles with hashes or dots all the way down to the bottom of the view through the tube, not just 1/3 or 1/2 way down. I am not a dial turner and sometimes I like to stretch my shooting distances beyond what 4 or 5 hashes or dots can compensate for, especially when shooting my springers (and yes I know I could zero a scope using the topmost hash or dot but I develop a mental block when it comes to hold-under).

And at the top of my list would be for Leupold to come out with a VX3i or better scope with side focus that adjusts down to 10 yds. for FT and focuses from 10 - 60 yds. with no more than 180 degrees of rotation of the side wheel. I love my 6.5-20 EFR with TS29X1 reticle but hate having to focus on the end of the tube and go through more than a full rotation of the adjusting ring to range targets.
