What would a fair price be for an Athlon Midas BTR Gen 2 4.5-27x50?

I am looking for a used Athlon scope and ran across a Athlon Midas BTR Gen 2 4.5-27x50. Would $400 be a fair price to offer for it?

For a G1 it would but I wouldn't take less than $600 for a G2.

A fair price would be $400 to $450 for a gen2 Athlon Midas BTR. Some places have them new at around $500 including shipping and tax.. So $400 to $450 for a used one seems fair.
