what to do with a problem scope??

I bought a tuned CO2 gun. It had the accushot 4-16x56 swat mildot scope on it. That is One of the reason's I bought this gun. However it won't hold a setting. The point of aim shift 1/2 in to an inch with almost every shot. Yes I did install one of my other swat scopes and the gun is very accurate. I called/wrote Leapers and told them I was not the original owner and had no idea what guns it may have been used on, I ask if they had a repair for it or any kind of exchang/trade in policy? . And all I got back was a 20 question page about do I have the original bill of sale, what kind of guns had it been used on, and when did I first notice the problem, and on and on. I wrote again asking them to read my first note that I had no idea about it's age or past history. I got the same questionair back and I think it is the old hope I get tired of the run around. I tried to explain I was not looking for any kind of free bees just if they had a repair or any trade in value on a new one. Same thing. I have 4 other Leapers scopes and I have always been pleased with them but I think trying Hawk scopes is in order. What do I do with this one other than just pitch it out? TNX. Brian Smith <><

I had the same response from leapers. Mine was sent to me by mistake from pyramid air. I actually called and told them about it but never heard back so i mounted it on the Vulcan. I was good for about 900 shots and started floating around put the old hawke on it and its a laser. Sent and email to leapers and explained it all to them. I received the same response letter back. I sent another and haven't heard back... screw'em won't ever buy one now!! I was gonna buy 3 more because I liked them at first.
