The end result is no different than any other sidelever fx, except the point of impact would probably change from barrel to barrel. But if one wants to shoot arrows, not having to load an arrow after every shot could be fun. Seems kind of impractical to me, but so much is impractical in any hobby. On the plus side, you wouldn't have to worry about losing your magazines...
