What springer did you shoot today?

You can protect the area with some fencing or screening to keep the bandits and plundering critters out of the nest, just make sure that the young turtles can get out when they hatch
Once they hatch, the young will bee line back to the water.
Unfortunately went down in morning and already raided the eggs, gone. Crow

Well, for springers we have the HW45, Diana 34 and the Hatsan 135QE Vortex. The little 34 just shines. Point, squeeze, hit. Hatsan is such a thumper. Don’t dare shoot at the redneck shooting gallery with it. One errant pellet and something’s gonna break! Goes through the cans so fast they barely move. Best thing was that Kimmy 2 Guns decided to shoot with us. Worst thing is that she shot my peep sighted 2300S and liked it.

No springers today. But did shoot a S&W 77A .22 a Crosman 707 .177 and tested my Crosman 400, it's still not quite working properly.

Took my HW50 177 out for a stroll. Shot at some cans and plastic bottles at various distances off hand. Was wacking a 16 oz soda bottle easily at 50y. Then shot at this 10oz ? water bottle at 60 yards. (Not sure I don’t really drink bottled water) Most shots were at the end of the bottle. Kentucky windage. I sight in at 25y so took a few shots to hit at 60. Find the mark. Most hits were on the edge so I guess I wasn’t really “on”that well
Uncle Mikes were the best pellet pouches. Too bad they don’t make them anymore. I horded several.

Two days of no shooting. I’ve got the shakes. For rehabilitation I grabbed the HW95 .20, a new gun and a dandy.

It was giving a great first time performance.
‘Next up is a beauty. HW97kl.

Has got to be one of the most enjoyable of my guns to shoot. So impressive.
I bought a drone a month ago. I got my granddaughter to set it up. Wow. I’ll do a pic of my range from the air. This thing is really cool. 4 k camera. Crow
Did this one last nite forgot to send

Nice gun and shooting. The pouch looks like a winner. If I was younger I’d be all over making these. Have the material and machines. Easy to make, Mine is a stiff leather, too rigid. Thanks for sharing. Crow

Spent a breezy Sunday afternoon doing one of my favorite summer pastimes, plinking paintballs with springers off a bucket & sticks. I was able to shoot my FWB 124, Beeman R9 & HW 50 for a few hours until the wind really picked up and started blowing the paintballs off the golf tees.

Nice custom stocks there! The R9 stock is just fine the way it is, kind of custom shop. The only thing is the checkering is filled in with the stock finish. Has anyone recut the panels? I think that would finalize the overall look and feel of the R9

Heat a 3, and a 4 sided needle file red hot and curve the ends. Works pretty good for chasing out checkers. You can also buy a checker file set. I have that too. Takes a steady hand and most of all patience. That's what I do when refinishing.

Paint balls would be decent. Have to get some. Nice rifles, like the muzzle ends. Crow
No real shooting yesterday. Made sure summertime setup was ready to go. 98 degrees already this weekend and supposed to hit 100 in a couple days. Hard to shoot with sweat in your eyes!

100 degrees, not looking forward to those. We might get a few. Nice setup. Are you tables holding up?

Tables holding up well. My buddy used Kims and was jealous. Depending on which TV station you watch we might be getting 8 days of 100+ heat in a row. I went to the other channel LOL. Either way we’re getting a week or more of 108-112 degree heat indexes with our humidity.
you have Air and Heat ?
Swamp cooler. You can actually put ice in the tank if you want to. I have a camping cube for EZ Up. Can use it and run a heater if needed. Generally not 10 days a year you need it here.
