What springer did you shoot today?

My 34, same story. Point, hit. I think mine was tuned. Who I purchased it from didn’t know. Never expected that. Crow
Mine sat in its factory box unfired for 18 years until I got it. Had a very nice shot cycle right out of the box. Smooth cocking and short sharp shot, very little buzz. I’m surprised you haven't taken yours apart yet the way you’ve been going at them ha ha ha.

Wow 18 yrs.
I will. I’m shooting as much as possible, mosquitoes is the next issue coming too soon. I live in the woods.
I let a few repairs build up and buying a few springs in the meantime. I’ll go at them all together. Crow

This afternoon when for a ride on a HW97kl .20.

Now this gun has a Vortek spring but factory piston seal. I have the seals now. This is super accurate now. No buzz. Going to change the scope to an Element.
Next out of its spot. I a long gem, HW85 .177. I have to do a double take, what a sleeper. Absolute treat to shoot. I have to get a nice old set of Diopter’s on this 85. Perfect jewellery for this gun.

The weather is in the 80’s and still have snow. Crow

Stuck between house moves bored out of my mind i shot my R1, HW30 and HW97 in the basement. After twenty or so one hole groups, I was still bored.
Nothing worst than moving. You’re giving me nightmares. I still have boxes in my last house that I’m renting, from the house before that. Good luck. Hope every thing goes smooth. Crow

Spent most the day cleaning my (dump site) wood shop. Stays lite till after 8 pm now, love that.
Later in the day I shot my TX200 .177. Feels like a piece of furniture. Never touched the scope. Dead nuts on. Lots of spring noise.

Another day in the 80’s crazy.
‘With a little more time I grabbed a HW95 .177. I was thinking this baby has some pretty big shoes to fill. First shot lower left. 1 click to right, 6 clicks up. Bingo.

This gun had absolute no problem. Can’t beat a break barrel with a club. Ease of cocking , loading and closing the barrel. Another great day. Crow

Got an early morning shoot in with twins. First up HW50 black .177. This is a must have. I has a Vortek piston, no seal. I crony before and after. Almost point and hit

This gun was lethal to 35 yds. My car smothered my 45 ft. range.
The next a HW50 .22 got named today. “The Witch” Talk about sensitive,

I put the Vortek spring in and the piston seal is waiting. This gun is very accurate but not forgiving. Love the sound of the Vortek. Huge difference. Crow

Finally got everything I needed to convert my critter getter from iron sights to a red dot. Mounted it then sighted it at 15yds with GTO 16.54 pellets then shot three 10 shot groups with H&N FTT 20.6gr, Baracuda Green 19.91gr then 10 with the GTO’s.

Kim hasn’t shot since Hurley took her feet out from under her and hurt her shoulder. She picked today for her comeback, 35 mph wind gusts and all ha ha. Set her up at 20 yards with her .22 HW50 to shoot some reactive targets and she just nailed it from the start. Was shooting little 1/2” pieces of chalk left over after she shot the big target. Very nice. I shot my .22 HW95 and then long barrel .177 HW97K. Both fantastic guns, and I was really impressed with how the 97 handled the wind. Hits hard too. Not quite as hard as the Diana 56T/H, which also made a brief appearance today. Kim took a few shots with it to see what it was like, and I couldn’t resist taking a couple myself. Just so different to shoot. Scope is here, waiting on Accurized mount so I can really test it out.

finally. After a week of crazy work way too much OT Saturday was able to enjoy the 97. 177 cal on the summer range ( pictures soon ) I love my HW90. But just for a relaxing afternoon of shooting. I’m not sure if the HW97 came be beat . Someday I hope to try my hand with a tx200. That. tX 200 walnut is a drop dead gorgeous girl ok enough for now. 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

Nice gun. And great shooting. I’ve been trying to get a 95 or R9 in .25 for a long time. Enjoy Crow

A buddy of mine where I shoot up north. His wife was walking their 2 dogs. I watched when they took off. She hit the ground like she fell out of a plane. Broke here wrist. Lucky it happened on the grass.
That’s great Kim is bouncing back.
Sounds like you guys had a blast. Crow
