What Speed would I Tune for Crosman Premier .22 ?

I would like to tune my Kral to shoot Crosman Premier hollow points. They are 14.5gr I think.

I was wondering if anyone knows what speed they should fly. Should I just tune them for 890fps?

Thanks - Novice Nate

Nate, I have limited experience with the hp version because I found out quickly that the domed version worked out to be a lot better at 100y. With that said, because of their weight, I have always tuned these pellets in conjunction with the 18.13g JSB. Their flight paths end up being very similar. I usually shoot the 18's at 860 and the 14.3's are at 955 and still shoot OK. If you are not looking for dual use tune at all, then I would have to admit that, depending on the wind conditions that you are shooting in, the 14.3g pellets do better being kept under 940ish in my experience from my gun.

edit: my gun is a Gauntlet not a Kral, I was just speaking to the performance of the pellets.

I shoot 1/2" groups all day at 940/950.
But yes 880/910 is where there probably most accurate.
