For me, write off the add ones and be reasonable. May people think their stuff is worth msrp when it's a generation+ old. If I'm paying msrp, I'm buying new and getting a warranty and no "golden screwdriver" potentially. I'm an outlier.
If a new 700mm mav is about 1800, id list it with the mods for 1500 if it were me. No optic I'm assuming. It's a great gun, but the end user doesn't know how it was stored or worked on or if they'll be rebuilding. Customers who feel they got a value are less prone to pester you down the road too.
