What sets SPAW above the others

I have bought 2 RAW's from Ken. Both shoot stellar. I was having some issues with my HM1000X. Ken was out of the country so I sent it to someone else. It was repaired and sent back to me. When I opened to box,the trigger was badly bent, damaged in shipment by UPS. A new trigger was sent to me with nothing to maybe tell how or what I had to remove or take apart to install it. I reached out to Ken at 8:30 his time and he was able to give me the information I needed. Not sure how many other dealers you would be able to get ahold that time of night in a pinch. He could have just ignored my call... but he didn't. People are quick to share bad news... but no so much the good news. THANKS KEN.




 
Thanks for sharing that. I think a lot of us, me included need to remember that we are ALL HUMAN. We are not perfect. I think it is important to share bad experiences if we truly feel they are screwing members over and over. I do not agree with totally dragging someone through the mud for the occasional failure, sometimes without even giving the person a chance to make it right.
