Sorry if I am OT here.
I have a Hawke Vantage 4-12x4 mil-dot that proudly say's "Born in the UK" , and in small print on bottom, " hawke the hawke logo and vantage are registered trade marks and used under license. Made in china. " .

If you can purchase used and with a scope face to face or a very well know person ( stilkl better to see if YOUR eyes like it ) and could source out an old Tasco Custom shop rig most were VERY good.

I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to find a reference stating that MTC is not rated for springers.
