What rings for the AV Avenger?

Hi. I have a 25cal Avenger on the way. The scope has a 30mm tube and a 50mm objective lens, side focus. Who has a similar scope on their Avenger? What rings are you using? I want to mount as low as possible. Let me know what works for you so I know what rings to order. Thanks,, Bill.

Medium or high rings will work. I used medium UTG on the Falcon S18i 3-18x50 scope I have.

I picked up a Discovery HD (same size I think) at optics plus and got both sizes ofrings when I did. I am using the 20mm/ short ones on mine. It can be tight loading single shots, but it's still doable. The mag barley clears the scope but no issues loading or unloading it on the gun.

Penry and Davr, thanks. I may fabricate a Monte Carlo cheek riser on her. The exit pupil can be hard to manage on max power with most scopes, so a proper cheek weld is important. I bought a Discovery Hi 5-20x50 30mm. One source said minimum exit pupil is 5mm. I don't believe that. But if true, it would be the most generous exit pupil at 20x ever. Also some low density spray foam ( can), in the butt void will help alot. It's, (Monte Carlo) something I have done many times over the years. Great custom fit. I use Fixall, and feather weight Bondo. I'll post pics of the process if I do it. Bill.

That sounds really nice and I would like to see the pics of it if you end up doing it. Sorry the angle isn't good on this one. It's the only one I have though. You can see the front of the scope is pretty close to the shroud.

Penry, Just reread your first response about using low rings. If the HD is 34mm I'll need mediums. Bill.

I went for the low mounts, but the scope is close enough to the shroud the scope cover/ cap doesn't want to fully slip on. It still works, but if you have flip up caps they might be close. Sorry, didn't think about that earlier.

I got ccop high rings so they will work with the 17 round AE Swede magazines. Really nice rings for ~$50. That is the price for the 34mm rings. The 30mm are around $30 I think

I have a avenger 25 with a 5x25-50mm scope. Used utg max strength high rings works great, think mediums would probably work better. Lots of room with the high
