Anybody know which brand/model of airguns were most used at RMAC? Did the Skout Epoch make an appearance?

The most prevalent gun used at RMAC was the FX M3. However it did not fair as well as the new gun being developed by Saber Tactile, the RP. Arguably, this is because the guys shooting it are themselves amongst the top BR shooters in the air gun world. Regardless, that gun, the Red Panda, shows significant promise and when released should be of immediate interest. The EPOCH did show up in limited numbers, and although none of those shooting in the pro division were of any note, Jude Gardner ( the son of Adam Gardner, Skout's Pres.) did take a very respectable 2nd place in the Sportsman's division with his .30 caliber Epoch.

As big as a FX fanboy I am, it is still obvious a dedicated gun for this BR discipline will ultimately perform better than a modular/non-dedicated gun such as FX system. As prize money grows and competition heats up that last 1% is the difference between winning and losing. I was chatting with @Bigragu that the best BR target gun for these events is still a purpose-built traditional rifle with full free-floating heavy barrel. Impact is simply NOT the BEST tool for BR competition.

Sincerely
