I have never done this before, but lurking with the idea for some time.
Not really opening a new hobby to swag my own slugs, but to resize only.
Browsing now the NOE sizing kits, some of the dimensions I am interested in for .22 and .25 are out of stock currently.
In meantime I would like to a prepare a press, but I must admit I never did reloading on firearms neither.
I am seeing several second hand presses in my Canadian gunpost classifieds, but open to suggestions ...

btw, I have access to machining if any of the press needs some altering.

I can't imagine that an RCBS Rockchucker press won't perform the resizing for you. It is very robust press and I have had one since the 1970's that is still putting out good rifle rounds. It takes some pressure on the handle to do rifle rounds, so a resizing of a small slug should be no problem.
It takes the standard 7/8" threaded dies that most manufacturer's use for reloading.
So as long as it's securely bolted to a strong bench with no flex, you should be good to go.

I've been using this Lee press since I started casting myself. NOE's sizing system fits it and of course Lee's sizing dies. Works very well
