What pistol did you shoot today

Another trip out with my old model HW45 with the prototype red dot rail. At the last outing it ended up with the screw working loose from the recoil, so I re-fitted the iron sight only for the blade to fall apart. 😵‍💫
This time I applied thread lock, but seem to have run out of vertical adjustment. More tweaks required...

Ten shots at 10m.

Aloha! Brought out the Baikal IZH 46M for a 30 shot match at 25 yards offhand with 2 hand hold. First time with the RWS MeisterK 7.0g wadcutters. A brief 5 shot test over the chrono showed an average of 443 fps. Only mods are the upgraded trigger, an Air Venturi grip and the Matchdot red dot sight using the 2moa dot. Shooting outdoors at home here on the big island of Hawaii! Guess which was the first shot, haha. Had to get better after that!

I've had this GK1 for 4 days. I've put almost 1,000 rounds through it. There are few airguns i get and say to myself "why didn't i get this sooner?". This stock is about 4" short for my liking, but the dual L/R folding with locking feature is really nice and the stock is quality.

This really has me wanting a K1 with the carbon stock... why are they so expensive! :D this pistol was worth the price though.

Moved the 2x20 scope over from the HW44 to the P85 today. Shooting rested at 15 meters, that's about the longest I can get within the fences on the cabin property. I'm a newbe when it comes to optics on handguns, and so far I prefer scopes over red dots by a good margin. Probably because so far I've mainly been shooting rested. Standing, shooting off hand would probably turn around the preferences. I have been using iron sights on pistols since the early nineties, so this is rather unfamiliar and takes some getting used to, but I'm getting there. 😃👍
